Privacy Policy

LegacyOS may act as a controller for account, billing, website, intake, and support data and as a processor or service provider when a customer uploads or manages leads, sellers, buyers, properties, communications, and documents. Customers remain responsible for their collection and lawful use of CRM data.

The service is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under thirteen. Do not submit a child’s personal data.

• Identifiers and account information, including name, business, email, phone, user ID, role, and login metadata.
• Seller, buyer, lead, property, ownership, mailing-address, transaction, offer, title, closing, document, and communications data.
• Billing, subscription, provider usage, transaction-fee, invoice, and payment-status information. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by LegacyOS.
• Device, browser, IP-derived security information, timestamps, audit events, logs, and approximate location.
• Support requests, form submissions, preferences, consent and opt-out records.
• Provider-enriched property and contact data, including licensed property records and skip-trace results where lawfully obtained.
• Inferences and AI-generated recommendations derived from submitted business records, always subject to human verification.

We process data to provide and secure the service; create workspaces; route leads; support transactions; process requested communications; provide property, AI, mapping, document, and contact tools; administer billing; calculate and document agreed transaction fees; prevent fraud; respond to support and privacy requests; maintain consent and compliance records; improve reliability; and satisfy legal obligations.

We do not use sensitive data for unrelated purposes without required consent. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Data comes from users, public intake visitors, team members, customer imports, communications, property owners and buyers, public records, licensed property/skip-trace providers, mapping services, payment and communications providers, and service-generated logs.

We may disclose data to hosting/database providers, payment processors, email/SMS/voice providers, AI providers, property-data and skip-trace providers, mapping/geocoding providers, document-processing tools, security/support vendors, professional advisors, closing professionals when authorized, authorities when legally required, and a successor in a properly structured business transaction.

We require providers to process data for defined services. LegacyOS does not presently sell personal data for money. If practices change or targeted advertising is introduced, we will update this notice and provide required opt-outs before that processing begins.

We retain active account and workspace data while needed to provide the service; billing, transaction-fee, legal acceptance, audit, and tax records for applicable limitation and recordkeeping periods; suppression records as needed to honor opt-outs; and backups for limited recovery cycles. Customers should configure and follow their own retention obligations. Data may be retained longer when required for security, fraud, litigation hold, or law.

Controls include tenant-scoped row-level security, restricted service credentials, private storage, role permissions, audit logs, provider-mode controls, backups, and security testing. No system is risk-free. Customers must protect credentials, configure team access correctly, and promptly report suspected compromise.

Depending on residence and applicable law, a person may request confirmation/access, correction, deletion, portability, a list of certain third parties, opt-out of sale, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, withdrawal of consent, or appeal of a request decision. We do not discriminate for exercising a right. We may verify identity and authority and may deny or limit a request where law permits.

Submit a request through the Privacy Request form. An account is not required. We will respond within the legally required period and explain any extension or appeal decision.

Operational messages may be necessary to provide requested services. Marketing email will include required sender identity, postal address, and unsubscribe instructions. Call and text consent must be obtained and recorded when required. Opt-outs and consent withdrawals will be honored and retained as suppression records.
